The house is 3 levels with an elevator running up the middle.

Top Level: The main level consists of the kitchen/dining/family room, powder bathroom and the master suite which contains a king size bed.
Middle Level: The middle floor has a laundry room, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms; a queen in one room with floor room for a kid or pack-n-play. The next room has a king bed and also has a walk-in closet with a vent which is perfect for the pack-n-play crib. The last bedroom on this floor is very large and has 2 sets of bunkbeds. The bunk beds are actually single bunks on the top, doubles on the bottom (2 people can sleep snugly on these), with a large ventilated walk-in closet perfect for a pack-n-play crib.
Bottom Level: The garage and basement serve as a mudroom for sandy feet and storage for beach toys. We encourage beach access from this level so as to keep sand from being tracked into other entries of the house. The garage is not accessible to tenets.
Amenities: 2 dishwashers, elevator, private beach access, 2 outdoor showers with hot water, library bookshelf, hammock, deck lounge chairs, all linens (see Ward Realty's guidelines), jacuzzi style bathtubs, wireless internet, basic cable, fire pit, grill, flat screen TVs with dvd players, 2 oceanfront sundecks with furniture, washer/dryer, etc. For baby and children's needs, there is a pack n'play and booster seat.
